We will not link to pornographic sites or any sites we deem to be offensive. This includes links to sites that we supect or are informed of to carry out unscrupulous dealings. If you purchase pixels and they are not accepted before activation you will get refunded. If you are in any doubt please contact the curator@webgallerynigeria.com

We reserve the right to suspend any links after activation if they are found to be not in accordance with the above. If your link is suspended you will be given the opportunity to provide a new link.

You may change your image, title text or link at any time after your link has been submitted
to the gallery. This can be done by emailing us your request which will be usually implemented
within 24 hours. (We offer this service within reason, i.e. we will not change things on a weekly basis for example.)

Once your link has been accepted and published on webgallerynigeria.com , you cannot claim a refund.

You will not actually own the pixels. You are paying for the space on the webgallerynigeria.com which holds your link and image on it.

If the site is subject to a denial of service attack then we can not be held responsible for not displaying the website.
In the unlikely instance of this happening we will do our utmost to get the site up and running as soon as possible.

The site may require some downtime for maintenance but this will be kept to an absolute minimum.
